Hi, my name is Don Winser and I am a Independent Driving Instructor.

I have been in the Driving Industry for more than 20 years. I first passed my car test followed by a rigid lorry licence, then I decided to do my Motorcycle Test that was then followed by gaining my Artic Lorry Licence so as you can tell I have experience in driving all sorts of vehicles.

When I qualified as an approved driving Instructor I worked for Bill Plant for a while before deciding to start my own driving school. I became a Driving Instructor as I feel it gives job satisfaction, It is a great feeling when someone passes first time. I am a patient and friendly Driving Instructor and my whole aim is to teach you to the highest standards of safe driving for life.

Currently I cover Bracknell, Crowthorne, Wokingham, Earley, Binfield, Sandhurst, Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Waters, Yateley, Twyford and Surrounding areas in Berkshire.

Lesson can start from your home,work or even the gym but please let me know in advance if I will be picking you up from somewhere different than normal so that I am not late for any lessons.

According to DSA guidelines the average learner driver requires about 40 hours of driving with an instructor and about 20 hours with friends or family.

Apart from hourly lessons I also offer intensive courses with the aim to get you through the theory test and practical test within a time frame as discussed between Instructor and Pupil.

Pass Plus is also a good way of lowering your Insurance and give you some experience on Motorways as well as different driving conditions this type of tuition is done over the day with a fixed fee once completed you will receive a Pass Plus Certificate.

I am also registered with the DSA for CPD ( Continued Professional Development) this enables me to continue looking at new and improved ways of teaching students abilities.

In the future my aims are to pass the qualifications to allow me to instruct motorcycle lessons and HGV training.
